National Galvanizing C-frame Upgrade Startup!

Advanced Gauging Technologies just completed the startup of a new AGT400 C-frame upgrade at National Galvanizing in Monroe, Michigan. Several years ago they upgraded their existing C-frame with an A.G.T. electronics cabinet as it served their needs at the time.

Their gauging requirements changed and when they needed to measure thickness across the entire sheet instead of just centerline as they had been doing, they knew it was time to upgrade their C-frame. We built them a new C-frame specifically for their application and also provided all new cabling, source, and detector head so they could have all the most up-to-date equipment available.

National Galvanizing is now up and running with their brand new C-frame and A.G.T. was happy to assist when their gauging requirements changed or even in instances when accuracy requirements become more strict. Our gauges are custom built and can fit almost any application to provide the most accurate and repeatable non-contact thickness measurements available. A.G.T. Receives Two New AGT400 Orders from South Korea!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just received two more orders for AGT400 Thickness Gauges from KSP Steel Company in Incheon, South Korea! We previously completed the startup of two AGT400s at this facility late last year and soon after they decided it was time to add more of our gauges.

Both new AGT400 C-frames will be installed on a 20-High Cold Rolling Mill that process mild steel, high carbon steel (CS), high carbon alloy and tool steel (SK). After these new AGT400s are installed KSP Steel can ensure they are providing the most accurate thickness measurement possible to further improve the quality and efficiency of their line. A.G.T. Completes the Startup of Two AGT400s in South Korea!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just completed the startup of two AGT400 Isotope Thickness Gauges at KSP Steel Company in Incheon, South Korea! These gauges are installed on a 20-High Rolling Mill and are being used to measure various grades and thicknesses of stainless steel.

We are excited to be working with KSP Steel to help them continuously improve their quality standards and efficiency. As one of the few non-contact isotope thickness gauge manufacturers in the U.S., it is nice to be able to help someone all the way across the globe. AGT400 Startup at Steel Tech – Eminence!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just completed the startup of an AGT400 C-frame Upgrade at Steel Technologies in Eminence, Kentucky! They replaced their old worn-out DMC C-frame with our new AGT400 C-frame to eliminate the hassles of DMC’s outdated technology. Steel Tech had already ditched their DMC electronics cabinet for this gauge and replaced it with our electronics cabinet several years ago. Based on how well our cabinet has been performing they knew it was the right time to upgrade the rest of the gauge.

They now have a completely upgraded system to ensure they are receiving the most accurate and repeatable non-contact thickness measurement available. Their customers can rest assured knowing they are receiving exactly what they paid for. That’s #MeasuringMadeEasy.

A.G.T. Ships Second AGT400 Thickness Gauge to South Korea!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just shipped a second AGT400 Thickness Gauge to KSP Steel Company in Incheon, South Korea! This gauge will be installed on a 20-High Rolling Mill and will be used to measure various grades and thicknesses of stainless steel.
