A.G.T. Ships McWane Ductile New AGT800 Pipe & Pole System!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just shipped a new AGT800 Pipe and Pole System to McWane Ductile in Provo, Utah. This is the third system they have ordered in the last three years. McWane Ductile produces cast iron pipe and poles up to 16 feet long. This is a unique application that uses two opposing C-frames to oscillate in and out of opposite sides of the pipe or pole being inspected.

Our system will be installed adjacent to their pipe and pole line and will be used to accurately measure wall thickness. A.G.T. understands no two customers are the same, and because of that we have put a focus on being able to provide custom solutions for applications such as this.

Steel Technologies de Mexico in Pesqueria, NL Orders a New AGT400!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just received an order for a new AGT400 Isotope Non-Contact Thickness gauge from Steel Technologies de Mexico in Pesqueria, NL. This system will be installed on a 54″ slitter and will measure various CR, HR, HRPO, Galvanized and Galvalume materials with a thickness range from .006″ to .040″.

Voss Industries Orders a New AGT400!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just received an order for a new AGT400 Non-Contact Thickness Gauge from Voss Industries in Taylor, Michigan. This system will be installed on a 74 inch slitter and will measure various steel alloys up to .277 inches. A.G.T. Receives an Order for a New AGT400 from Advanced Bearing Materials!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just received a purchase order from Advanced Bearing Materials, a division of MIBA Bearings Group, LLC in McConnelsville, Ohio for a new AGT400 Isotope Thickness Gauge. This system will be installed on a 12″ rolling mill and will be used to monitor coated steel strip alloys. No matter the size of the line A.G.T. can custom built you a thickness gauge to provide the most accurate non-contact thickness measurement available!

A.G.T. Ships Two New AGT400 Upgrades to California Steel!

Advanced Gauging Technologies has just shipped two new AGT400 upgrades to California Steel in Fontana, CA to replace two outdated GR100 Isotope gauges. These gauges will be installed on a CSM Slitter and CSM Temper Mill to measure various steel alloys. By replacing their existing GR100 gauges with AGT400 upgrades, California Steel will be able to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, as well as provide the most accurate and reliable thickness measurement available.
