Advanced Gauging Technologies has received a new gauge purchase order from Mill Steel Birmingham, AL. The order is for AGT400 Isotope Thickness Gauges. The gauge will be located on a 72” Braner slitting line and scheduled to ship in January 2025.
AGT800XT Laser Thickness Gauge Shipped to CEMCO
CEMCO has received its brand-new AGT800XT Laser Thickness Gauge. When started up, the gauge will provide their facility with quick, reliable measurements with its high-precision Keyence Class 2 lasers. Additionally, its S.P.C. reporting and storage capabilities will help the facility keep track of and create useful charts of the information gathered. This information can be stored locally or on a network, and can be used to create graphs, reports, and recordings. With our gauge installed, CEMCO will invest in easy, dependable measuring.

The gauge will be located on a 72” Red Bud slitting line and scheduled to ship in April 2024. This is Phoenix Metals first thickness gauge order from AGT.
A.G.T. Ships New Pipe & Pole System to McWane Ductile
A.G.T. shipped two new AGT800 Laser Thickness Gauges on October 21st, 2024 to McWane Ductile’s Provo Utah plant. The two gauges work together to create a proprietary Pipe & Pole Wall Thickness measuring system developed by A.G.T. specifically for McWane Ductile.
This will be the second Pipe & Pole Wall Thickness measuring system installed at Provo. McWane Ductile also has two systems at their Coshocton, OH facility.
