Advanced Gauging Technologies has recently completed the startup of two brand-new AGT800XT gauges at Ebner Industrial Furnaces, both on a 50″ Annealing Line. They are running Stainless Steel and Titanium on this line.
Ebner will be enjoying a wealth of benefits from their new gauges; now they’re able to continually measure thickness and make corrections without needing to stop their line. The need to hand-measure thickness is also a thing of the past. With their startup complete, Ebner Industrial Furnaces will now have less downtime, less labor, and higher productivity.
