Our company has a health and wellness program open to all employees because at A.G.T. we believe the health of employees should be a high priority. This program consists of yoga once a week and a coordinated strength (and sometimes cardio) workout session twice a week. An online program is also available for weekends or those of us who travel often. It also includes healthy recipes. Even the healthiest ones of us still have an off day every now and then, especially where diet is concerned. If any of you struggle with making healthy eating habits, here is a quick tried and true recipe:
Pancakes (1 serving)
1 mashed banana
3 tablespoons nut butter
Combine ingredients. Oil a skillet on medium heat and pour in the batter. The edges will start to bubble, flip.
