Introduction |
Advanced Gauging Technologies (A.G.T.) was founded in 1997 by the father and son team of Ron and Scott Cook. Their goal was to bring isotope thickness gauging into the 21st century. In just over four years since the first AGT400 system startup, A.G.T. has sold more than 100 gauging systems – strong evidence that customers feel we have delivered tomorrow's gauging system today. In addition to our own gauges, we perform regular service on more than 300 of our competitors' gauges throughout North America. The Gauging Times™ is a quarterly newsletter designed to keep current and future customers up-to-date with the latest thickness gauging technology and features, along with services we offer. In each issue we'll share some of our system's unique capabilities, in addition to personal profiles, technical tips and glimpses of our future product development. |
System Manual Complete |
After several man-months of work, the AGT400 Thickness Gauge & S.P.C. Reporting System Manual is now complete! A copy of our System Manual was provided at no charge for each of the 100-plus AGT400's in service. Additional copies of the manual may be purchased by ordering part number MAN-400. We hope you find this manual to be useful, and are impressed with the level of effort that went into organizing all the information into a user friendly package.
The AGT400 System Manual is 227 pages of full color pictures, actual screen shots, and a level of detail never before seen in a thickness gauge manual. |

Troubleshooting Tip |
The Diagnostic Data Screen is the best way to maintain your AGT400 thickness gauge. This one of a kind diagnostic tool allows for the viewing of the most important data to your gauge, such as DC voltages, and important digital and analog signals. In addition, the Diagnostic Data Screen allows for the verification of calibration using ISOcheck™ or ISOcal™. If your AGT400 thickness gauge experiences a problem, you can use your AGT400 System Manual to attempt to remedy the situation. If you have exhausted the troubleshooting section in the System Manual, give us a call and we can talk you through most problems using the Diagnostic Data page. We may even have you print the entire page and fax it to us. Many times we are able to pinpoint the problem within minutes just by viewing this page, and actually save you money by not having to make a service visit. Remember, our telephone troubleshooting is entirely free, not only for the AGT400, but for all brands of thickness gauges we service. |
Replacement Parts In Stock |
